We take pride in what we do. Using quality local and ethically sourced ingredients (organic where possible) to create fresh and nutritious dishes whilst endeavouring to avoid the hidden ‘nasties’ sometimes found in food.
Against poverty & exploitation
Our collective potential is enormous and, by using fair trade products, we are supporting reliable livelihoods for people who may otherwise be exposed to poverty and exploitation.
We also want to ‘give something back’ and support the causes close to our heart so we have ‘adopted’ the charity, The Red Heart Fund.
